Based on the well-known and durable plug-and-play design principles of our compressors, these vacuum pumps have been designed to perform optimally at operating pressures commonly found in industrial applications.

High energy efficiency- Thanks to the variable speed and the set point control, GHS VSD+ is delivering the desired flow without excess. There is no waste of energy. The state-of-the-art screw technology directly driven with an IE3 Premium Efficiency Motor contributes as well to a low power consumption.
 
- The hot and cool zones isolate the heat producing high temperature components from electronic components, which warranty the great performances of the pump, avoiding condensation. This assures a perfect cooling and a long life to the electronic components. Besides, the screw element life is significantly longer than vane life which allows to increase significantly the time between maintenances.
 
- With an innovative and patented design of oil retention that retains oil at <3 mg/m³, even under the greatest load, gives you an optimal exhausted air quality. Besides, thanks to the silent components, canopy and variable speed drive, the noise level is reduced by two, comparing to traditional technologies.
 
- GHS VSD+ is a plug-and-play solution, including an Elektronikon controller, cubicle, and canopy. Besides the installation is in a single, neat enclosure with a small footprint (equivalent to the size of a standard pallet for GHS 350-900VSD+).
 
- Traditionally, the way to overcome these problems is to use a wide pressure band to limit the number of stop-starts. Unfortunately this is not a cost-effective solution. A much better solution is to use a Variable Speed Drive (VSD). The vacuum pump with a VSD only delivers what is required.
 
- The GHS VSD+ series vacuum pumps are ideal for a range of applications in plastics, glass, bottling, canning, wood, packaging, printing and paper, meat packaging and many more. The GHS 350-900 VSD+ is the ideal solution when a dedicated pump is required in the production area. The GHS 1300-5400 VSD+ can also be set up as a dedicated solution but is normally used in the utility room of central vacuum system applications.
 
- GHS VSD+ is available in Turbo version for fast cycling and dedicated configuration and as well in Humid version with a greater water handling capability. An energy recovery option can also be added on GHS 1300-5400VSD+, allowing you to recover on an average of 75% of the power input.
 
- The GHS VSD+ series have shown a significantly better performance against traditional fixed speed technologies; in average, 50% energy savings.
